DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- At least 23 years old
- 12 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
- A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
- Flatbed drivers need open deck experience
- Maximum of 8 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than one at-fault accident in the last 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years

Company Driver
PAY

- .01 CPM anniversary pay based on safety and KPI’s
- $100, 1-day orientation
- $25 extra stops, $75 layover past 24 hours, $75 NYC
- $20 detention per hour after 3 hours, if Paid by Customer
- Tolls paid
- Dry Van: Paid on TMS Miles (similar to Rand HHG)

Owner Operators
PAY
- Generous percentage of line haul. Rates vary depending on:
- With or without trailer rental
- Region
- Specific lanes
WEEKLY DEDUCTIONS
- $100 for Omni, Occ Acc and Bobtail – OR - $150 per week if you also need plates
- Physical damage will depend on the value of the truck
- $25 for fuel tax
- $50 for maintenance escrow
- $100 for Hardware Deposit Capped out at $1000 (For Camera, Transflo, etc.)
- All deductions will be deferred till Sunday of your 2nd week
